Gothic Style



Up to now a reed organ of comprehensive specification has required a separate motor blower unit
 for best musical results. A motor blower is not only expensive, but once the installation has been made
the location of the organ is practiaclly fixed.

Estey has developed an electrical blowing apparatus which is enclosed in the organ case,
and which operated on the usual lighting currents.  The organ may, therefore, be moved at will.

The Gothic organ is equipped with the electrical blowing apparatus.  An expression pedal is provided which,
an innovation in reed organ construction, gives a wider range from pianissimo to forte than has heretofore been possible. 
A grand organ pedal is also provided.

The Gothic organ is available in oak and walnut cases.  The bench has been especially designed to match the case.

The Gothic organ is intended for Churches, Chapels, Schools and Lodges where volume is essential,
 although the pleasing case design and finishes, together with effective volume control, recommend its use in the home.
