Very little is known about this organ. It was originally installed in Yakima's Majestic Theatre in 1913 as opus 1154.
In 1917, it was enlarged to III-manuals, and a 4-rank Echo division, chimes and bar bells were added.

From an extant photograph of the interior of the theatre, the Estey appears to have been installed in two cases with pipe facades on elevated platforms - located on both sides of the theatre in front, just ahead of the proscenium arch.

The organ was replaced a scant three years later in 1920 by a II-manual, 4-rank Wurlitzer - opus 345.

The disposition and current status of the Estey is unknown.
