Notes: The building was constructed in 1889. In 1890, Hook & Hastings Op. 1442 with two manuals and twenty-three registers was installed. The congregational merged with Hyde Park Congregational Church in 1930 to form the United Church of Hyde Park. In 1970, the Hyde Park United Methodist Church merged with this congregation.
