Mr. Farnam's Comments: 11/14/22 - "Organ above a glass ceiling, console in a gallery at end of palm court. Stops marked 'X' [* here] do not couple to the Pedal (1923 - this was remedied). Organ very effective in palm court -- tone dies somewhat in others parts of the building. Sad lack of upperwork on Great. Swell Flügel Horn is in Choir box. Addendum -- this instrument moved to a gallery in the palm court in 1923-24." Organ Historical Society Database: https://pipeorgandatabase.org/OrganDetails.php?OrganID=7649 |
